Felt Laminated with Viscose...How I do.

Updated: Mar 23, 2021

In this blog I would like to share with you how I use viscose in my feltmaking practise. I have been following and learning from East European feltmakers and will always be grateful for this opportunity.

I have been using viscose extensively in my practise .......

......to create fine felt, some example of which are below.

My work created lots of interest and as a result I have been running workshops teaching my students how to create beautiful fine felt incorporating viscose.

Viscose is a man made fiber created using natural resources like wood. It is light and can be mat or shiny. I mainly use shiny viscose in my practise. I fall in love with this fiber and have started to bring to England selling via my website.

How I use viscose in feltmaking can be found on my YouTube channel.
