Course suitability:

This course is principally aimed at those with basic felting experience. However, it is also suitable for complete beginners.

Main information:

Welcome to my nuno felted (wet felting) scarf workshop to create very light scarf by painting on silk with wool simply using a  nuno felting technique. We will be using hand wooven Margialn silk and merino wool to create light but warm felted scarf.

 You will learn how to create various textures using merino wool, silk and viscose. Then you will be felting and fulling your scarf using various techniques. You will take home your fabulous scarf, memory of great time in a company of other created people and new knowledge of nuno felting. Nuno felted scarf workhop is one of my most popular.

You will learn:

• nun felting technique;
• felted lace technique;
• wool layout;
• painting with fiber creating interesting texture;
• various felting techniques.

What includes:

• merino wool;
• various colour viscose fiber;
• all felting tools;
• light refreshment

What to bring:

• 2 hand-size towels; 
• latex gloves; and
• packed lunch.
