Classes and Workshops

Please note, that deposit is required to book your place on any physical class and workshop. These deposits are not refundable. Other payment paid can be refunded if the place is filled.

Payment

PayPal is the convenient and secure method of payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can pay using a credit or debit card. Other methods, such as a bank transfer and payment by cash or Stripe is also available.

Shipping

Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Lena aims to ship all orders for goods as above within a day. However, if there is a large amount of orders, then orders are processed within 7 working days.

The processing of a custom order is discussed during an inquiry and depending on the complexity of the order and can take up to 2 weeks. This also depends on a number of custom orders processed at the time of the new order placed.

Please make sure you have a correct address when placing an order. We can not take responsibility for sending orders to incomplete or incorrect address.

Shipment Cost

Normally I charge a fixed amount for post and packing. The standard UK charge is £3.20. If we cannot use the standard postal service from the UK, because of either the size or the weight of your package (it must be less than 2kg including packaging, or roughly 1.75kg of product), we may send you a request to pay a supplementary charge. Also see our note about VAT below.

Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & exchanges

I hope you are happy with the product. However if for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact me within a week to arrange a refund / replacement.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged:

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders
Digital downloads

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Order Cancellation

If customer cancel an order without any reason , then admin charge of £10 to cover a PayPal cost and my time will be applied.

If we cancel your order, then the full refund will be applied.

Lena Archbold liability to you as a customer is limited to the value of goods purchased or services provided.

If you purchase any goods or service from Lena Archbold - Textile Art and design, you are bound by this Terms and Conditions.
