Rolling felt avoiding back pain

I often hear from people, "Feltmaking makes my back bad, I can not roll felt".
I would like to share my tips on how to roll felt safely avoiding straining your back.
1. Make sure your table is raised.
2. One foot in front of another and move from one foot to another while rolling.
3. Roll with your arms, not hands.
4. Take breaks.
5. You can leave your roll for even a few days. Re-wet your layout on your return if it became dry and continue rolling.
